Our philosophy as Côtes du Rhône winemakers

At Domaine Tourbillon, our passion for the vine and the terroir drives every gesture, every step and every harvest. Heirs to a rich family history, we perpetuate know-how handed down from generation to generation, combining the best of tradition and modernity.

Our grapes, from old vines, are vinified in our Violès winery, which boasts all the technological advances needed to produce quality wines.

For us, high standards are a daily commitment: from the rigorous selection of grape varieties typical of our region to the vinification process, we make it a point of honor to guarantee the quality of our wines. Each cuvée we produce is a faithful expression of our terroir and our commitment to exceptional wines.

Our quest for excellence would not be complete without a touch of innovation. Although we remain deeply attached to our roots, we incorporate modern techniques that enable us to constantly improve our practices, while remaining faithful to traditional methods. It is this balance between tradition and innovation that enables us to offer authentic wines of remarkable finesse.

At Domaine Tourbillon, we cultivate the art of winemaking with devotion and precision, to offer you cuvées that reflect the soul of our terroir and the spirit of our family.

My wines represent the richness of my passion, my land and my history.

The ultra-modern winery brings out the fundamental qualities of the terroir and the different grape varieties. The hand-picked harvest is carefully sorted on arrival at the cellar. Only the finest grapes are vinified. These are then partially or totally destemmed before being put into vats.

The winemaking process is a skilful blend of tradition and modernity, combining harmony and balance.

Each parcel is vinified separately in vats where temperatures are electronically controlled to extract the best tannins and colors.

After vatting for 15 to 30 days for the oldest grape varieties (110 years old), the wines are partially aged in wooden barrels for several months.

Then comes the blending, a truly delicate alchemy.

It's a work of goldsmith, free-run wine, press wine, the blend will respect the proportions dictated by my sensitivity and my memory.
